Upgrade, downgrade or change interval

Plan and billing interval are two independent settings you can change at any time.

Both live on Dashboard → Billing. Moving from monthly Pro to yearly Pro changes only the interval; moving from Pro to Business changes only the plan. Upgraded features are available as soon as the change is recorded.

Yearly billing charges once for twelve months. The saving shown on the pricing page is computed from the two prices, so it is exactly what you will pay rather than a rounded headline.

What happens to your data when you downgrade

Nothing is deleted. Limits apply to what you create next, not to what already exists.

If you drop to a plan allowing fewer links than you have, every existing link keeps resolving, keeps collecting clicks and stays editable. What changes is that creating the next one is refused until you are back under the limit.

Trimming links to fit a plan would break QR codes on packaging and campaigns already paid for, so the system does not do it. Plan-gated features become unavailable, and analytics history is queryable within the new plan’s window.

Invoices, receipts and payment methods

Where to find past invoices and how card details are handled.

Invoices are listed on the billing page and can be downloaded individually. Prices are charged in USD.

Card details are entered on the payment processor’s own page and are never sent to or stored by us. Operators who prefer invoicing can also record payments manually, in which case the plan activates once the payment is recorded.

Need a purchase order, a different billing address on an invoice, or a refund? Write to [email protected] with the invoice reference.

Seeing where you stand against your limits

Usage against every plan limit, and what happens the moment you cross one.

The billing page shows current usage against each limit: links, Bio Pages, domains, team members, API keys, webhooks and today’s new-link allowance.

Crossing a limit refuses the create with a message naming the limit reached — never a generic failure. Over the API that is a 402 with a PLAN_LIMIT_REACHED code, so an integration can react rather than retry into a wall.
